Screenshots were taken in the last days of beta by a level 70 wizard without anything equipped (INT can effect displayed stats).

Crafted poisons with the same colour icon share the same timers. Crafted poisons with icons of different colours can be used simultaneously. NPC sold poisons (damage only) will not stack with crafted damage poisons.
NOTE: T8 rare poisons can only be used by adventurers level 72+

Common (Dedicated) Recipe: 3 Mineral Salt Loam, 2 Kunzite, 1 Deklium Cluster, 2 smoldering candles
Rare (Expert) Recipe: 1 Smoldering Dust*, 3 Mineral Salt Loam, 2 Kunzite, 1 Deklium Cluster, 2 smoldering candles
*Dust is created from crafting an Adept III (rune, scroll, or essence).
